In terms of content, these are projects that appeal to her and whose language she speaks well. The projects are characterized by complex issues in which (divergent) interests are involved and the solution to the problem is still unknown. Her knowledge and experience are especially useful in projects where relationships have hardened and the process seems to be stuck. She believes in the willingness of all stakeholders to contribute to the solution of socially relevant issues. With genuine interest in the motives and interests of the people and organizations around the table, she knows how to organize the conversation about the possibilities and opportunities that do exist.
