Amber started as a junior consultant at WesselinkVanZijst in November 2023, where she, with a passion for social and ecological sustainability, strives towards asking critical and creative questions that serve tomorrow.
During her Master of Science Conflict Resolution and Governance at the University of Amsterdam, she further developed her analytical and communicative skills. Through her research at a community service NGO in rural Nepal, she mapped numerous relationships between organizations, civilians, and nature, to document an organizational structure based on relationships and reciprocity which could potentially serve the success and sustainability of similar organizations.
Amber is enthusiastic and chronically curious, as she strives to analyze, build, and facilitate relations and dialogue. She does so through focusing on mutual knowledge expansion and deepening and connecting theory with practice. She is communicatively and empathically strong, making her an active listener that always has an ear for the interests of others. For Amber, relationships are the key to her work and the future.
