We are always finetuning our knowledge in the field of issue and stakeholder management, Mutual Gains negotiation, and Strategic Stakeholder Engagement with experts from the field and several leading (international) partners.

Negotiation & Public Servic is our network of expert negotiators and senior trainers who have earned their stripes in the field of international negotiation for the public good. Under the Negotiation & Public Service label, we provide training and advisory services to diplomats, civil servants, staff of international (nonprofit) organizations and students in international relations.

Furthermore, we take an active role in the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) in Boston, founded by MIT professor Lawrence Susskind, and in the Dutch MGA network. We also work closely with the Public Mediation Programme of the University of Amsterdam and the Dialogue Advisory Group.
